When will my order ship?

 

• Standard orders: Ship in 7-14 working days (Mon-Fri).

• Pre-orders: Take 15-40 working days due to production.

• Check product descriptions for item-specific delivery times.

• You’ll get tracking once your order ships. If anything goes missing, we’ll sort it with the courier.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

 

• Cancellations: Within 24 hours only.

• Changes / exchanges: Possible if stock allows-Hit us up ASAP.

• Refunds: Handled under Shopify rules; Bank processing times vary.

 

Pre-orders- when do they ship?

 

• Minimum 35 working days.

• Orders with pre-order + in-stock items ship together.

• Want in-stock pieces sooner? Place separate orders.

• We’ll email updates as production moves.
